Description

Enjoy the convenience of sheet pan tacos with seasoned meat, melty cheese, and colorful veggies all baked in one pan for a quick and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 8 small tortillas (flour or corn)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a Mexican blend)
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup corn (fresh, canned drained, or frozen thawed)
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • Sour cream for serving
  • Salsa for serving
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brown the meat in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink.
  3. Drain excess fat if needed.
  4. Stir in the taco seasoning and water, simmer until thickened.
  5. Lay tortillas on a sheet pan in an even layer, slightly overlapping.
  6. Spoon the seasoned meat over the tortillas.
  7. Sprinkle cheese on top, then add tomatoes, bell peppers, corn, and black beans.
  8. Bake for about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Let sit for 2–3 minutes, then add sour cream, salsa, and cilantro before slicing.

Notes

For a fun setup, create a topping bar with extra jalapeños, hot sauce, and lime wedges.
