Description

A rich and creamy seafood casserole that’s easy to prepare and perfect for family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, crab)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup cooked rice or pasta
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed seafood, heavy cream, cream of mushroom soup, and your choice of cooked rice or pasta.
  3. Add minced garlic, onion powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Top with shredded cheese and breadcrumbs, then dot with butter.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
