Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, crab)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 cup cooked rice or pasta
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed seafood, heavy cream, cream of mushroom soup, and your choice of cooked rice or pasta.
- Add minced garlic, onion powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese and breadcrumbs, then dot with butter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the seafood mix based on preference or availability. You can swap heavy cream for lighter alternatives if desired.
