Description

Delicious savory breakfast rolls made with crescent roll dough and customizable fillings, perfect for busy mornings or weekend brunches.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled sausage
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped green onions or herbs for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until well blended.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of cooked sausage and a sprinkle of shredded cheese in the center of each triangle.
  5. Tightly roll up the dough starting from the wide end to enclose the filling.
  6. Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops of the rolls with the egg wash for a golden finish.
  8. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
