Ingredients
- 1 package of crescent roll dough
- 1 cup cooked and crumbled sausage
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped green onions or herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until well blended.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of cooked sausage and a sprinkle of shredded cheese in the center of each triangle.
- Tightly roll up the dough starting from the wide end to enclose the filling.
- Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
