Description

Ingredients

  • Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • Sausage (any variety, such as Italian or Andouille)
  • Bell peppers (red, green, or yellow)
  • Onion (red or yellow)
  • Olive oil
  • Seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Cut the sausage into bite-sized pieces and slice the bell peppers and onion into chunks.
  3. Thread the shrimp, sausage, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers, alternating ingredients for a colorful display.
  4. Brush the skewers with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  5. Grill the kebabs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the shrimp are cooked through and the sausage is heated.
  6. Serve hot, either as an appetizer or a main dish.

Notes

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning. You can customize by marinating the shrimp and sausage for added flavor.
