Description

Ingredients

  • Sausage (your choice: Italian, Andouille, or Kielbasa)
  • Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • Bell peppers (any color you prefer)
  • Onions (sweet onions work beautifully)
  • Olive oil

  • Pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Slice the sausage into bite-sized chunks.
  3. Skewer alternating pieces of sausage, shrimp, bell peppers, and onion onto wooden or metal skewers.
  4. Brush the skewers with olive oil and sprinkle them with salt and pepper.
