Description

A smooth, slightly sweet cold brew topped with a velvety salted caramel cream, perfect for enjoying at home without the café line.


Ingredients

  • 8 fl oz (240 ml) cold brew coffee, chilled
  • 12 tbsp (15–30 ml) vanilla syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) milk
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) caramel syrup
  • 1/8 tsp fine salt


Instructions

  1. Fill a large glass with ice.
  2. Pour 8 oz (240 ml) cold brew over the ice.
  3. Add 1–2 tablespoons vanilla syrup. Stir to combine.
  4. In a separate cup combine 2 tbsp heavy cream, 2 tbsp milk, 1 tbsp caramel syrup, and 1/8 tsp salt.
  5. Froth the cream mixture until thick and creamy.
  6. Gently pour or spoon the salted caramel cold foam over the cold brew.
  7. Optionally drizzle extra caramel on top and sprinkle with flaky salt. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, replace heavy cream + milk with full-fat oat or soy creamer.
