Description
A smooth, slightly sweet cold brew topped with a velvety salted caramel cream, perfect for enjoying at home without the café line.
Ingredients
- 8 fl oz (240 ml) cold brew coffee, chilled
- 1–2 tbsp (15–30 ml) vanilla syrup (adjust to taste)
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) heavy cream
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) milk
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) caramel syrup
- 1/8 tsp fine salt
Instructions
- Fill a large glass with ice.
- Pour 8 oz (240 ml) cold brew over the ice.
- Add 1–2 tablespoons vanilla syrup. Stir to combine.
- In a separate cup combine 2 tbsp heavy cream, 2 tbsp milk, 1 tbsp caramel syrup, and 1/8 tsp salt.
- Froth the cream mixture until thick and creamy.
- Gently pour or spoon the salted caramel cold foam over the cold brew.
- Optionally drizzle extra caramel on top and sprinkle with flaky salt. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, replace heavy cream + milk with full-fat oat or soy creamer.
