Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh salmon fillet (skinless)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (like dill or parsley) for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the salmon pieces in the seasoning mixture until evenly coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Carefully remove the salmon bites from the air fryer and let them rest for a minute before serving.
Notes
Serve with a fresh garden salad, creamy dip, or garnish with fresh herbs and a lemon wedge. For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
