Description

A delicious and nutritious recipe for salmon patties that are easy to prepare and perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of salmon, drained
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying


Instructions

  1. Combine the drained salmon, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, chopped onion, egg, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into small patties, about 1 inch thick.
  3. Heat a generous amount of oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the patties and fry each side for about 4-5 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Serve warm and enjoy!
