Description

Delicious and easy to prepare steak kebabs, flavored with rosemary and garlic, perfect for summer cookouts.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Combine chopped rosemary, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes and add to the marinade. Let sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated steak cubes, cherry tomatoes, and halved baby potatoes onto skewers, alternating as desired.
  5. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until steak is cooked to desired doneness and vegetables are tender.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh rosemary.

Notes

For deeper flavor, marinate steak for longer—up to two hours. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to avoid burning on the grill.
