Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons jerk seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Mix the shrimp with jerk seasoning, olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
- Toss until the shrimp are evenly coated with the marinade.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the shrimp in a single, even layer.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve immediately.
Notes
Feel free to substitute the jerk seasoning with your favorite spice blend or use chicken instead of shrimp.
