Ingredients
- 200g all-purpose flour
- 100g unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
- 50g powdered sugar
- 1 large egg yolk
- 300g fresh raspberries
- 200g heavy cream
- 100g dark chocolate, chopped
- 50g granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, chilled butter, and powdered sugar. Mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Incorporate the egg yolk, stirring until a smooth dough forms.
- Press the dough evenly into a tart pan, ensuring it covers the sides. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, prepare the ganache by heating the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until just simmering.
- Pour the hot cream over the chopped dark chocolate. Stir until silky smooth.
- Add granulated sugar and vanilla extract to the mixture, stirring until fully blended.
- Spread the chocolate ganache evenly into the cooled tart shell.
- Gently arrange the fresh raspberries on top and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with mint for presentation. Pair with ice cream for an indulgent treat.
