Ingredients

Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine the raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice.
- Place the saucepan over medium heat and cook for about 5 minutes until raspberries break down.
- In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch with water until smooth.
- Slowly add the cornstarch mixture to the saucepan, stirring continuously.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and let cool before using as a filling for any baked goods.
