Ingredients
- 8 oz tri-color rotini noodles
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup ranch dressing
Instructions
- Cook the tri-color rotini noodles according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain the water and set aside to cool.
- Mix the cooled pasta, diced cucumber, chopped bell pepper, and broccoli florets in a large bowl.
- Add the ranch dressing over the salad and toss until everything is well coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
Notes
For added flavor, consider mixing in cherry tomatoes or olives. Let the salad sit longer than 30 minutes for enhanced flavors.
