Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and pumpkin pie spice in a large bowl.
- Mix the buttermilk, pumpkin puree, egg, and melted butter in another bowl until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir gently until just combined.
- Preheat a griddle or a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Use a 1/4 cup measuring cup to pour batter onto the griddle for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
