Ingredients
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Cool Whip
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup sugar (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Start by draining the crushed pineapple; set it aside.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until it’s smooth and creamy.
- Add the drained crushed pineapple (and optional sugar and vanilla extract if you desire) into the cream cheese and mix thoroughly.
- Gently fold in the Cool Whip until well combined.
- Stir in the chopped walnuts to add that delightful crunch.
- Pour the mixture into your favorite serving dish and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
