Description
A refreshing and visually appealing drink with pineapple juice and lemonade, enhanced with grenadine and sparkling water for a festive touch.
Ingredients
- 2 cups pineapple juice (chilled; 100% juice tastes best)
- 1 cup lemonade (store-bought or homemade; pink lemonade works too)
- 1/4 cup grenadine (adds sweetness + color; start with less if you prefer)
- 2 cups sparkling water (plain or lemon-flavored)
- Fresh pineapple slices (for garnish)
- Lemon slices (for garnish)
- Ice (optional)
Instructions
- Combine the base. In a large pitcher, pour in the pineapple juice and lemonade. Stir to blend.
- Tint and sweeten. Slowly drizzle in the grenadine while stirring gently. Pause and check the color—add a little more if you want a deeper pink.
- Add the fizz last. Right before serving, pour in the sparkling water. Stir once or twice—lightly—to keep the bubbles.
- Serve. Pour into glasses over ice (if using). Garnish with pineapple and lemon slices.
Notes
For best freshness, this drink tastes best the day it’s made, especially once carbonated. Store mix (without sparkling water) covered in the fridge for up to 3 days.
