Description
Delightful frozen pops combining sweet pineapple and zesty lime for a refreshing summer treat.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks (or canned, drained)
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
- A pinch of salt (to enhance sweetness)
Instructions
- Blend the pineapple chunks, lime juice, honey, and salt until smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey if desired.
- Fill popsicle molds with the mixture, leaving space at the top for expansion.
- Insert sticks into the molds if they come with them.
- Freeze for at least 240 minutes or until completely solid.
- Release the pops by running the mold under warm water for a few seconds.
Notes
Store leftovers in plastic wrap or an airtight container for up to two weeks.
