Description

Delightful frozen pops combining sweet pineapple and zesty lime for a refreshing summer treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks (or canned, drained)
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
  • A pinch of salt (to enhance sweetness)


Instructions

  1. Blend the pineapple chunks, lime juice, honey, and salt until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey if desired.
  3. Fill popsicle molds with the mixture, leaving space at the top for expansion.
  4. Insert sticks into the molds if they come with them.
  5. Freeze for at least 240 minutes or until completely solid.
  6. Release the pops by running the mold under warm water for a few seconds.

Notes

Store leftovers in plastic wrap or an airtight container for up to two weeks.
