Description

A creamy, protein-packed Greek yogurt chia pudding swirled with fresh berries, perfect for breakfast or a light dessert.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds (black or white)
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or unsweetened almond, oat, or coconut milk)
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 12 tablespoons honey, maple syrup, or agave
  • 1 cup berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or a mix)
  • Pinch of fine salt
  • Optional garnishes: toasted nuts, granola, coconut flakes, lemon zest, nut butter, cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Whisk chia seeds with milk and a pinch of salt for 15–20 seconds.
  2. Let the mixture rest for 5–10 minutes, then whisk again.
  3. Stir in Greek yogurt and sweetener until smooth.
  4. Fold in half of the berries, reserving the rest for topping.
  5. Divide into two serving jars and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  6. Serve topped with remaining berries and any optional garnishes.

Notes

For a smoother texture, blend the mixture after hydrating the chia seeds.
