Description

Ingredients

  • Water or broth (vegetable or chicken)

  • Vegetables (like bell peppers, spinach, or tomatoes)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)


Instructions

  1. Combine the pasta, water or broth, olive oil, garlic, and vegetables in a large pot.
  2. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
  4. Reduce the heat to a gentle simmer.
  5. Cook, stirring occasionally until the pasta is al dente and most of the liquid has been absorbed.
