Description
Refreshing and creamy popsicles made with sweet peaches and Greek yogurt, perfect for hot summer days.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh peaches, diced
- 1 cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
- 1/2 cup sugar (or honey/maple syrup)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- Pour into molds.
- Freeze until solid (4-6 hours).
- Run warm water over molds to remove popsicles easily.
Notes
For best texture, use ripe peaches. Can substitute with canned peaches or experiment with different fruit purees.
