Description

A refreshing peach lemonade slush that’s easy to make and perfect for summer.


Ingredients

  • 3 peaches, chopped (about 1 1/2 to 2 cups packed)
  • 12 ounces frozen lemonade concentrate (1 standard can; thaw slightly)
  • 24 ounces cold water (2 cans of water)
  • Mint leaf, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Combine chopped peaches, lemonade concentrate, and water in a blender.
  2. Blend until very smooth.
  3. Freeze the mixture in a shallow dish until slushy (about 3–4 hours), stirring once if desired.
  4. Scoop or scrape the partially frozen mixture into glasses and serve with optional mint.

Notes

For a change, substitute 1 cup frozen peach slices for one fresh peach. To reduce sugar, use low-sugar lemonade concentrate or add less concentrate and increase water to taste.
