Description
A refreshing and sweet peach lemonade that perfectly balances bright lemon flavor with mellow peach sweetness, ideal for summer gatherings.
Ingredients
- 20 oz peaches (about 3 large peaches)
- 1.5 cups white granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups water (for simmering the peaches)
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 5–6 ripe lemons)
- 2 cups cold water (to dilute to pitcher strength)
Instructions
- Juice your lemons and strain out seeds/pulp.
- Simmer peaches with sugar, vanilla, and water to create a quick peach syrup base.
- Strain the peach mixture into a pitcher.
- Stir in lemon juice and cold water, then chill.
Notes
For thicker lemonade, add some of the softened peaches back into the pitcher. Adjust sweetness after chilling as cold dulls sweetness.
