Description

A fresh take on the classic Caesar salad, this Pasta Caesar Salad is hearty, quick to prepare, and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • Pasta: 8 oz. (any shape you prefer, like rotini or penne)
  • Romaine lettuce: 2 cups, chopped
  • Cherry tomatoes: 1 cup, halved
  • Parmesan cheese: ½ cup, grated, plus extra for serving
  • Croutons: 1 cup (store-bought or homemade)
  • Mayonnaise: ½ cup
  • Olive oil: 2 Tbsp
  • Lemon juice: 2 Tbsp
  • Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
  • Worcestershire sauce: 1 tsp
  • Salt and pepper: to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and let it cool.
  2. Prepare the dressing: In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Combine ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, toss the cooled pasta with romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and Caesar dressing. Mix until evenly coated.
  4. Add toppings: Gently fold in Parmesan cheese and croutons. Adjust seasoning if needed.
  5. Serve: Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for later.

Notes

For best quality, store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Separate croutons until serving to maintain crunch.
