Ingredients
- Pasta: 8 oz. (any shape you prefer, like rotini or penne)
- Romaine lettuce: 2 cups, chopped
- Cherry tomatoes: 1 cup, halved
- Parmesan cheese: ½ cup, grated, plus extra for serving
- Croutons: 1 cup (store-bought or homemade)
- Mayonnaise: ½ cup
- Olive oil: 2 Tbsp
- Lemon juice: 2 Tbsp
- Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
- Worcestershire sauce: 1 tsp
- Salt and pepper: to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and let it cool.
- Prepare the dressing: In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Combine ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, toss the cooled pasta with romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and Caesar dressing. Mix until evenly coated.
- Add toppings: Gently fold in Parmesan cheese and croutons. Adjust seasoning if needed.
