Ingredients
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
- Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for about 20-25 minutes, until they’re tender and caramelized, tossing halfway through.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the Brussels sprouts during the last 5 minutes of roasting.
