Ingredients
- 2 cups pancake mix
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup blueberries (or chocolate chips or strawberries)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Whisk together the pancake mix, milk, eggs, and vanilla in a large bowl.
- Fold in the blueberries gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Mix the brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon until crumbly and sprinkle over the batter.
