Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika on both sides.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the seasoned chicken breasts carefully when the oil is hot.
- Sear the chicken for approximately 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve immediately for the best taste.
Notes
