Description

A simple yet elegant dish featuring salmon baked to perfection with a savory-sweet glaze.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter (melted)
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon (sliced)
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the brown sugar, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the fillets with melted garlic butter on both sides.
  5. Sprinkle the brown sugar spice mix evenly over the fillets.
  6. Place lemon slices on top of the salmon.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.

Notes

Feel free to swap the garlic butter for olive oil for a lighter option.
