Description
Tender, fall-off-the-bone ribs slathered in barbecue sauce, baked to perfection.
Ingredients
- 2 racks of pork ribs
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Combine garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture all over both racks of ribs.
- Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil, meat side up.
- Cover the ribs tightly with another piece of foil and bake for 150 to 180 minutes until tender.
- Remove the ribs from the oven and brush them with barbecue sauce.
- Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and bake uncovered for an additional 15-20 minutes until caramelized.
- Allow the ribs to rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat at low temperature to retain moisture.
