These flaky, buttery Ham and Cheese Croissants are warm, melty, and straight-up comforting, perfect for quick lunches or cozy breakfasts!
Ingredients
- 4 croissants
- 4 slices cooked ham (leftover or deli)
- 4 slices cheese (Swiss, cheddar, Havarti, or your favorite)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Microwave ham slices for 30–60 seconds until warm.
- Slice each croissant open and layer warm ham and a slice of cheese inside each.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 3–5 minutes, until cheese is melted and croissants are golden and flaky.
- Enjoy warm from the oven!
Notes
Use leftover baked ham for extra flavor, or deli ham for convenience. Switch up the cheese for a fun twist, and consider adding a thin layer of Dijon mustard or honey for a flavor boost.
