Description
A creamy, chocolatey iced coffee drink blended with crushed Oreos, perfect for a sweet pick-me-up on a hot day.
Ingredients
- 1 cup brewed coffee, chilled
- 2 Oreo cookies, crushed (about 10–12 g each)
- 1/2 cup milk or milk alternative (dairy, oat, almond, or soy)
- Ice (enough to fill a serving glass)
- 1–2 tsp simple syrup or chocolate syrup (optional)
- Whipped cream (optional for garnish)
- Extra crushed Oreo (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Brew coffee to your desired strength, cool it to room temperature, and chill in the fridge for at least 20–30 minutes.
- Place Oreo cookies into a zip-top bag and crush with a rolling pin or pulse in a blender until coarsely broken.
- Add the chilled coffee, crushed Oreos, and milk to a blender. If desired, add syrup for sweetness.
- Blend on medium-high for 10–20 seconds until smooth but slightly textured.
- Fill a tall glass with ice and pour the blended mixture over the ice.
- Top with whipped cream and reserved crushed Oreos. Serve immediately.
Notes
Best consumed fresh; store leftovers for up to 24 hours in the fridge.
