Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Whisk together orange juice, soy sauce, honey, olive oil, and minced garlic until well combined.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Place the salmon in a baking dish and pour the orange glaze evenly over the fillets.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until it’s cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Marinate the salmon for 30 minutes for deeper flavor. This glaze can also work well with trout or cod.
