Description

A bright and flavorful baked salmon drizzled with a delightful orange glaze, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Whisk together orange juice, soy sauce, honey, olive oil, and minced garlic until well combined.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Place the salmon in a baking dish and pour the orange glaze evenly over the fillets.
  4. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until it’s cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Marinate the salmon for 30 minutes for deeper flavor. This glaze can also work well with trout or cod.
