Ingredients

Instructions
- Whisk dry ingredients in one bowl.
- Combine wet ingredients in another.
- Stir wet into dry until just combined; a few lumps are fine.
- Heat a skillet or griddle and test the temperature.
- Cook batter by portioning 1/4-cup pancakes; flip when bubbles form and edges set.

Notes
