Description

Ingredients

  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  2. Combine wet ingredients in another.
  3. Stir wet into dry until just combined; a few lumps are fine.
  4. Heat a skillet or griddle and test the temperature.
  5. Cook batter by portioning 1/4-cup pancakes; flip when bubbles form and edges set.

Notes
