Ingredients

2 tbsp honey

Butter or oil to coat the pan

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.

Blend until the batter is smooth.

Let the batter sit for 5 minutes to thicken.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and lightly grease it.

Pour 1/4 cup of batter per pancake into the pan.
