Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 package graham crackers


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine sliced strawberries, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well and let sit to produce a juicy filling.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and continue mixing until well incorporated.
  3. Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip until the mixture is perfectly creamy.
  4. In a 9×13 inch dish, layer the graham crackers in a single layer at the bottom.
  5. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers, smoothing it out evenly.
  6. Top this layer with half of the prepared strawberry mixture.
  7. Repeat the layering with the remaining graham crackers, followed by the rest of the cream cheese mixture, and finish with the strawberries on top.
  8. Cover the dish and refrigerate for a minimum of 240 minutes (or overnight) for the best results.

Notes
