Description

A refreshing no-bake dessert featuring a creamy filling layered with blueberry pie filling on a crunchy vanilla wafer base.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla wafers, crushed
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup blueberry pie filling
  • ½ cup sugar (optional)
  • Whipped cream for topping (optional)


Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  2. Incorporate half of the crushed vanilla wafers into the mixture.
  3. Spread this mixture evenly into a baking dish.
  4. Pour the blueberry pie filling over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining crushed vanilla wafers on top.
  6. Place the dish in the refrigerator and chill for at least 120 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a more intense blueberry flavor, add fresh blueberries alongside the pie filling. These bars can be frozen for up to a month.
