Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp steak seasoning
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 burger buns
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion
Instructions
- Mix together the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, steak seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Shape the mixture into burger patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.
- Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet and sauté until they are golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- Place Swiss cheese slices on the patties in the last minute of cooking to melt.
- Toast the burger buns until they are lightly golden.
- Assemble your burgers by placing the patty on a bun, topping it with sautéed mushrooms, and adding any additional toppings you desire.
Notes
