Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Ketchup for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until everything is well combined.
- Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into mini loaves.
- Place the mini loaves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Top each meatloaf with a spoonful of ketchup for a sweet and tangy finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
- Allow to cool slightly before serving, and enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to use ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option or replace breadcrumbs with oats for a gluten-free version. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
