Description

Delightful and comforting mini meatloaves, perfect for family dinners and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Ketchup for topping


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until everything is well combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into mini loaves.
  4. Place the mini loaves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Top each meatloaf with a spoonful of ketchup for a sweet and tangy finish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving, and enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to use ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option or replace breadcrumbs with oats for a gluten-free version. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
