Description
Bite-sized mini meatloaves that are tender, flavorful, and perfect for weeknight dinners or casual get-togethers.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- BBQ sauce or ketchup for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Combine until well blended.
- Grease a muffin tin and fill each cup with the meat mixture, pressing down lightly to secure the shape.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the mini meatloaves are cooked through.
- Optionally, spread BBQ sauce or ketchup on top during the last 5 minutes of baking for an added layer of flavor.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a leaner option, use ground turkey or chicken. You can swap breadcrumbs with oats for a gluten-free version.
