Description

Bite-sized mini meatloaves that are tender, flavorful, and perfect for weeknight dinners or casual get-togethers.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • BBQ sauce or ketchup for topping (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Combine until well blended.
  4. Grease a muffin tin and fill each cup with the meat mixture, pressing down lightly to secure the shape.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the mini meatloaves are cooked through.
  6. Optionally, spread BBQ sauce or ketchup on top during the last 5 minutes of baking for an added layer of flavor.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a leaner option, use ground turkey or chicken. You can swap breadcrumbs with oats for a gluten-free version.
