Instructions
- Slice the tops off the mini peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with fresh herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined and fluffy.
- Use a small spoon or piping bag to fill each pepper with the herb cream cheese mixture.
- Arrange stuffed peppers on a platter and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
