Ingredients
- 6 large eggs (hard-boiled)
- 0.25 cup mayonnaise
- 2 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 4 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 1 tbsp chives (chopped)
Instructions
- Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half and carefully remove the yolks.
- In a mixing bowl, combine yolks with mayonnaise, cream cheese, sour cream, and Dijon mustard. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- Using a piping bag or spoon, fill the hollowed egg whites with the yolk mixture.
