Description

Elevate your appetizers with these indulgent Million Dollar Deviled Eggs, featuring a creamy filling with cream cheese and crumbled bacon.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs (hard-boiled)
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 4 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • 1 tbsp chives (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half and carefully remove the yolks.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine yolks with mayonnaise, cream cheese, sour cream, and Dijon mustard. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Using a piping bag or spoon, fill the hollowed egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  5. Top each filled egg with a sprinkle of paprika, crumbled bacon, and chopped chives for a finishing touch.

Notes

Substitutions can include Greek yogurt for sour cream or leaving out the bacon for a vegetarian option. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
