Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
- Chopped chives or green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Place the eggs in a pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then cover and remove from heat. Let them sit for 12-14 minutes.
- Transfer the eggs to an ice bath for cooling.
- Once cooled, peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and put them in a bowl. Mash the yolks with a fork.
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks; mix until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon or use a piping bag to fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika and chopped chives or green onions.
- Serve chilled for the best taste.
