Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crushed crackers (like Ritz)
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- Optional: green onions or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and half of the cheddar cheese in a large bowl. Mix well.
- Transfer the chicken mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Mix the crushed crackers and melted butter together in another bowl, then sprinkle evenly over the chicken mixture.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
