Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 4 slices of bacon
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Cook the bacon: In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from skillet, cool and crumble.
- Prepare the filling: Peel and slice the cooled eggs in half. Remove the yolks and mix with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Assemble the deviled eggs: Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture into the egg whites. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon and garnish with chives or parsley.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
For extra creaminess, add a splash of pickle juice or a dollop of sour cream to the yolk mixture. Use a piping bag for neat filling.
