Ingredients
- Jumbo pasta shells
- Ground beef
- Taco seasoning
- Taco sauce
- Shredded cheese
- Onion
- Garlic
- Bell pepper
- Sour cream
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions, until they are al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper; sauté until softened.
- Stir in the ground beef and taco seasoning; cook until the beef is browned.
- Fill each cooked shell with the beef mixture.
- Place the filled shells in a casserole dish.
- Pour taco sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Pair with sour cream for an extra touch!
