Description

Delightful stuffed jumbo shells filled with seasoned ground beef, cheese, and vibrant Mexican flavors, perfect for a cozy family dinner.


Ingredients

  • Jumbo pasta shells
  • Ground beef
  • Taco seasoning
  • Taco sauce
  • Shredded cheese
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Bell pepper
  • Sour cream
  • Olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions, until they are al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper; sauté until softened.
  4. Stir in the ground beef and taco seasoning; cook until the beef is browned.
  5. Fill each cooked shell with the beef mixture.
  6. Place the filled shells in a casserole dish.
  7. Pour taco sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  8. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  10. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Pair with sour cream for an extra touch!

Feel free to experiment with the filling by adding black beans, corn, or diced tomatoes.
