Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ⅔ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and prepare a baking dish with foil or parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, seasoned salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Rinse the chicken breasts, pat them dry, and place them in the baking dish.
- Generously spread the Parmesan mixture over the top of each chicken breast.
- Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes, or until the chicken reaches 165°F. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
