Ingredients
- 8 ounces pasta (e.g., rotini or penne)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions. Drain and let it cool down.
- Combine ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, toss together the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, and crumbled feta cheese.
