Description

A refreshing and easy dessert made with ripe mangoes and strawberries, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced (about 2 cups)
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup sugar (adjust based on sweetness preference)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (optional)


Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Prepare the fruits by peeling and dicing the mangoes and hulling and slicing the strawberries.
  3. Blend everything until smooth in a blender or food processor.
  4. Freeze until firm, about 4-6 hours, stirring every couple of hours for the best texture.
