Description
Refreshing mango popsicles made with fresh or frozen mango and creamy yogurt, perfect for hot summer days.
Ingredients
- 3 cups mango chunks (fresh or frozen; thaw first if using frozen)
- 1 ⅓ cup vanilla yogurt or skyr
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (or to taste)
Instructions
- Blend the mango, yogurt, and maple syrup in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, tapping gently to eliminate air pockets. Insert popsicle sticks.
- Freeze for at least 5 hours, preferably overnight, until solid.
Notes
Enjoy with fresh fruit skewers, a drizzle of chocolate, or a sprinkle of chopped nuts for added texture.
