Description

Refreshing mango popsicles made with fresh or frozen mango and creamy yogurt, perfect for hot summer days.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups mango chunks (fresh or frozen; thaw first if using frozen)
  • 1 ⅓ cup vanilla yogurt or skyr
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (or to taste)


Instructions

  1. Blend the mango, yogurt, and maple syrup in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, tapping gently to eliminate air pockets. Insert popsicle sticks.
  3. Freeze for at least 5 hours, preferably overnight, until solid.

Notes
