- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1.5 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Cooking spray (or olive oil for drizzling)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the shrimp: Rinse and pat dry your shrimp.
- Set up your breading station: In one bowl, place the flour. In a second bowl, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the shrimp: Dredge each shrimp in flour, then dip into the egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange on the baking sheet: Place each coated shrimp on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Lightly spray with cooking spray (or drizzle with olive oil).
