Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1.5 cups panko breadcrumbs

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the shrimp: Rinse and pat dry your shrimp.
  3. Set up your breading station: In one bowl, place the flour. In a second bowl, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
