Ingredients
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 3 cups Herb Pub Cheese
- 4 tbsp half-and-half
- 40 white button mushrooms
- Slices of provolone cheese
- 1 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the mushrooms by rinsing, drying, and removing the stems.
- Make the filling by combining panko breadcrumbs, Herb Pub Cheese, and half-and-half in a bowl.
- Stuff each mushroom cap generously with the filling.
- Add a slice of provolone cheese on top of each stuffed mushroom.
- Bake for about 18-20 minutes, or until golden. Broil for an extra 2-3 minutes if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to substitute herb pub cheese with cream cheese mixed with herbs for a different flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
