Description

Mouthwatering appetizer featuring savory stuffed mushrooms with a creamy filling, perfect for gatherings or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 3 cups Herb Pub Cheese
  • 4 tbsp half-and-half
  • 40 white button mushrooms
  • Slices of provolone cheese
  • 1 cup finely grated parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the mushrooms by rinsing, drying, and removing the stems.
  3. Make the filling by combining panko breadcrumbs, Herb Pub Cheese, and half-and-half in a bowl.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap generously with the filling.
  5. Add a slice of provolone cheese on top of each stuffed mushroom.
  6. Bake for about 18-20 minutes, or until golden. Broil for an extra 2-3 minutes if desired.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to substitute herb pub cheese with cream cheese mixed with herbs for a different flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
